Island West Coast Developments Ltd. (IWCD) provides General Contracting, Design/Build and Construction Management services for commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and institutional construction. Over the last 25 years on Vancouver Island we have developed positive and lasting relationships with both our clients and our sub-trades.

Our main office is centrally located in Nanaimo, allowing us to easily serve all of Vancouver Island, from Campbell River to Victoria and out on the West Coast in Tofino, Ucluelet and Bamfield.  Although we are an Island company, we have the ability to provide services on the Lower Mainland as well.

IWCD is a member of the Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC), the Vancouver Island Construction Association (VICA), and is COR Certified through the BC Construction Safety Alliance (BCCSA).
